This is for someone with limited time to prepare dinner or someone who has limited experience in the kitchen. An easy recipe for anyone. This can also be for someone who wants to eat healthy. That’s right this recipe is for everyone! A tasty chicken recipe with Dijon mustard as a main ingredient to help give flavor to your moist chicken breast. Baked chicken breasts aren’t terribly flavorful and this is a way to jazz up the flavor for you and your guests. Accompanying the Dijon mustard are garlic and thyme. These help round out the flavors and gives a very appealing crust which helps prevent the chicken from drying out.
How easy is this recipe… a ten year old can prepare this dish. It has been proven that a ten year old can prepare this dish. How do I know…I was ten when I first prepared this dish for my family! That’s right this was my first recipe that I prepared and took the time to write down and put in my recipe collection. I don’t remember exactly where I came across this recipe and it has been slightly modified over the years.
4 Boneless and skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup of finely chopped onions (or leeks, or shallots)
