Easy Cream Cheese and Yogurt Frosting

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (at room Temp)
  • 2 Ounces Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar

Equipment

  • 1 spatula
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Electric mixer
  • 1 Set of measuring spoons
  • 1 set of measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Cut up the cream cheese and place in a bowl.  Add the yogurt, vanilla and honey and blend well with an electric mixer. Once all of the ingredients are well mixed, the frosting should be smooth.
  2. Add the Powdered Sugar one cup at a  time. Until all three cups are incorporated.
  3. Place the frosting in the refrigerator to chill. This helps makes the frosting more manegable and easier to frost your cake.
