- Measure the rice and wash the rice at least three times in cold water. Drain excess water.

- Cut up Fresh Dill. set aside.
- Cut up Broccoli and set aside.

- Place the rice into the bowl for cooking the rice in. Add Vegetable stock.
- Add Dill, Thyme, Salt, Pepper, and water.

- Place the lid on top of the rice cooker and turn on.
- The rice will cook for about 16-18 minutes. After the light has gone off, let the rice rest for 5-10 minutes. This helps the rice absorb more water, and become fluffy.

When adding water to the rice in the bowl, the water + Vegetable stock should be about 3/8 higher that the level of the rice.
When you notice that the water has started to simmer, note the time. In 3 or so minutes place the cut Broccoli on top of the rice. The Broccoli will cook at the same time as the rice.
In the photo you will see a glass of water (1-2) ounces. I always have this ready in case I did not add enough liquid in the beginning and the rice starts to sizzle. If this happens, just open the lid and toss in the water quickly and shut the lid. This will save the rice. No Problem. Enjoy!
