Steamed salmon with lemon butter and dill

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped fresh Dill
  • 1 bottle Lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Kitchen knife
  • 1 roll of aluminum foil
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 Set of measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Cut the fresh Dill up and set aside.
  2. Cut the Salmon fillets for each person. About 4 ounces per person. Set aside.
  3. Tear a piece of aluminum foil large enough to completely wrap 1 piece of Salmon.
  4. Place Salmon in the middle of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill, and add 4-6 drops of lemon juice and a small pad of butter.
  5. Fold aluminum foil to completly wrap up salmon fillet.
  6. At this step you can place this as is back in the refrigerator and cook tomorrow.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. After the oven warms up. Place the fish in aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes
  8. After the timer goes off, check the fish. If the fish is flaky with a fork, the fish is done! Enjoy!
