Your summer dinner table can be enhanced with this healthy choice. It might look like you spent a lot of time getting ready but this recipe takes a few minutes to prepare and only 15 minutes to cook in the oven.

- Cut the fresh Dill up and set aside.
- Cut the Salmon fillets for each person. About 4 ounces per person. Set aside.
- Tear a piece of aluminum foil large enough to completely wrap 1 piece of Salmon.
- Place Salmon in the middle of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill, and add 4-6 drops of lemon juice and a small pad of butter.

- Fold aluminum foil to completly wrap up salmon fillet.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. After the oven warms up. Place the fish in aluminum foil on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes
- After the timer goes off, check the fish. If the fish is flaky with a fork, the fish is done! Enjoy!

At this step you can place this as is back in the refrigerator and cook tomorrow.
