- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease the baking sheets or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Break the chocolate squares into small pieces and place in a small microwave safe bowl. microwave on high heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir chocolate until smooth and set aside to cool.

- In a medium bowl add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.
- In a large bowl add brown sugar and granulated sugar with the butter. Cream the butter and sugars togeather.

- In the large bowl add the egg and mix until smooth.
- Add red food coloring and, chocolate; mix well, scraping the sides of the bowl.

- Add yogurt and sour cream, and mix well.
- Add 1/2 dry ingredients and mix well.

- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. You may fold in chocolate chips if you like here.

- Place on prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart and bake at 375 degrees F. for 9 minutes.

- In a small mixing bowl for electric mixer add cream cheese, yogurt, confectioners sugar and vanilla extract, and blend well about 2 minutes. If frosting is too runny place in refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
