- Add dark chocolate chips 53% cacao and the 6 tablespoons of condensed milk to the double boiler. Mix until smooth and well incorporated. Let cool
- Add 2 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate and 4 Tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to a double boiler and mix until well incorporated and smooth. Let cool before frosting.
